APRIDEN PRIVATE LIMITED in India and APRIDEN INC in the United States provide staffing, recruitment, GCC support and workforce delivery services.
Our governance approach focuses on accurate representation, candidate consent, responsible handling of personal information, client confidentiality and accountable recruitment delivery.
Before submitting a candidate profile, APRIDEN validates the candidate's interest, availability, compensation expectations, work location, work authorisation where relevant, and consent to be represented.
Duplicate-submission status and prior application history are checked wherever required by the client or authorised staffing partner.
APRIDEN collects information reasonably required for recruitment and workforce delivery, including contact details, professional history, skills, education, location, compensation expectations, work authorisation and interview availability.
This information is used only for relevant recruitment, employment, onboarding, contracting, payroll coordination, communication or legal and contractual requirements.
Access to candidate and client information is restricted to authorised APRIDEN personnel and approved service providers who require the information for the relevant business purpose.
Candidate information may be shared with prospective employers, clients or authorised staffing partners only where necessary for the relevant opportunity and subject to applicable consent, confidentiality and contractual requirements.
For UK and European assignments, APRIDEN is prepared to work under client-approved confidentiality agreements, Data Processing Agreements, retention instructions and cross-border data requirements before delivery begins.
We support reasonable requests for access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.
APRIDEN does not claim an independent certification, insurance coverage or regulatory status unless it has been formally obtained and documented.
APRIDEN respects client ownership, partner ownership, confidentiality instructions, duplicate-submission rules and agreed non-circumvention obligations.
Client names, candidate information and hiring requirements are handled according to the relevant engagement and disclosure rules.
Any suspected loss, unauthorised access or misuse of candidate or client information must be escalated to APRIDEN management promptly.
The matter will be reviewed, contained and documented, and affected stakeholders will be informed where required by applicable law or contract.
