As the majority stakeholder, she oversees corporate compliance, contractual accountability, and execution standards across all engagements.
With over a decade of experience in recruitment and workforce solutions, Priya has built and scaled high-performing talent delivery operations across IT, healthcare, and specialized professional services. Her expertise spans end-to-end recruitment leadership, workforce planning, process optimization, and client partnership management.
Known for her disciplined, people-centric leadership style, Priya ensures APRIDEN operates with transparency, compliance, and consistent delivery quality—enabling sustainable hiring outcomes and long-term client partnerships.
Amit Tensing Toraskar is the Founder and Director – Business Strategy at APRIDEN. He plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term vision, market positioning, and strategic partnerships.
With extensive experience in business development and client engagement within the talent and workforce solutions ecosystem, Amit focuses on identifying growth opportunities, strengthening strategic alliances, and guiding APRIDEN’s expansion roadmap.
He works closely with executive leadership to ensure APRIDEN’s offerings remain aligned with evolving client needs while supporting sustainable, well-governed growth.
